When you register for Laryngology Summit 2027, we collect your name, sex, age, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, mailing address/institution, registration category, and (where applicable) LVA membership number and payment proof.
This information is used solely to process your conference registration, verify payment, communicate updates about the event, and prepare delegate materials (badges, certificates, attendance records). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
Online payments, where offered, are processed by our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials — only the transaction status and reference ID are recorded on our systems. For offline payments, the payment screenshot you upload is stored securely and is accessible only to the organizing team for verification.
Registration data is retained for the purposes of organizing this event and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and compliance. Contact us if you wish to request deletion of your data after the event concludes.
