Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to secretariat@lvasummit2027.com, quoting your registration reference number.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days via SabPaisa. Bank/gateway processing charges, where applicable, may be deducted.
If a payment fails but an amount is debited from your account, it is typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it isn't, contact us with your transaction reference for assistance.
In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled by the organizers, all paid registrants will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future edition.
